Ultion locks
Our composite doors are fitted with Ultion as standard. Recognised as the most secure locking mechanism on the market, the Ultion has twice the number of ‘pins’ as standard locks.
Offering Guaranteed Protection
When combined with Ultion approved keys your door has extra peace of mind. If an intruder is able to snap the Ultion cylinder and gain entry, you will get a replacement door free of charge as well as compensation of £2000.
Forced Entry Mode
The moment that Ultion detects forced entry it activates an attack lock directly into the central cam. Even if the most determined intruder gets past Ultion’s two sacrificial sections he won’t get to attack the lock because it is protected deep inside a solid molybdenum core and secured with a dedicated retaining pin.
Molybdenum is used in high strength superalloys. Its sixth highest melting point of any alloy and ability to withstand pressures up to 300,000 pounds per square inch are why it features in the production of military aircraft and in it houses the 'attack lock' in Ultion.
Accredited with TS007 3 Star, Grade 6 Kitemark, but also Sold Secure Diamond from the Master Locksmith Association.
Ultion meets the highest TS007 standard (3 star) without needing to be bolstered with support of cylinder protectors or extra secure door handles. Sold Secure Diamond is a test developed in conjunction with The Master Locksmith Association. Test’s designed by Master Locksmiths to withstand even specialist tools (aimed at preventing the most destructive attacks that could include angle grinders) .
